The hotel was economical, spent my time lovely here. Spotless units with wi fi and comfortable seating, and the staff were excellent. The location was fantastic and amazing for bars and pintxo bars. Shopping streets and a market were right next door.
The bathroom was a bit small.

When I am in Bilbao, I like staying here. Its welcome base for visiting some must see attractions in Bilbao. Staff is excellent and you can park your car nearby. The location is central, close to new part of town, the old town centre and the Plaza.

The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, at a walking distance from Arriaga Theatre. And the area was very lively, close to the centre of Bilbao where there are many more restaurants and shopping options, the train station and the old town overlooking the river.

The hotel is fairly clean, the staff is accommodating, and the room is spotless and compact. It has marvellous and fantastic location close to Casco Viejo. Furthermore, it's just next door to the center, the old town where there are dozens of restaurants and the main shopping streets. As for me the food is yummy, and they have a lot of meals.

Everything at this economical hotel was great as we expected. The location was great, for example, Arriaga Theatre was at a short distance from the venue. We found it in a busy area just next door to 10min walking distance to the main shopping streets, the Guggenheim and the centre of Bilbao where there are many more restaurants and shopping options and the old town overlooking the river. All of the staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Everything was great, even so we stayed for 3 nights only. The breakfast was healthy and the staff was pleasant and accommodating. The location of the hotel was marvellous - within walking distance of San Francisco. Plus, it was so close to Spain as well as the old town where there are dozens of restaurants, cafes and bars.
