In overall, the place is modern, has so very friendly staff at the reception desk. The hotel has a nice location, near good restaurants. It's so close to next to tram for the old town, underground and a beautiful park. The guest room is airy, we also enjoyed wonderful views.

Overall it was a very positive stay for 3 nights. The location offered was marvellous so close to restaurants and tourist attractions, and a beautiful park at the end. Again, the hotel was at a medium distance from an eclectic mansion.

We had a pleasant stay that met the demands, would love to come back here some time. Truly enjoyed our 1 night here. The stuff was efficient, very attentive. The room was well-equipped and the view was marvellous. The restaurant was particularly good and offered delicious dishes.

Everything was nice, including a great breakfast choice. The room with nice bathroom. The location of the hotel was very central, just off City Centre, all the tourist spots and nearby metro. We ordered lunch at Urdazpi Restaurante, located near the venue.

This hotel was situated very close to tourist destinations like san mames stadium. We dined at Zaka, that is just 300 metres away. Ensanche neighbourhood is worth seeing. Moyua tube station was a short walk to the property;))
