When I am in Bilbao, I like staying here. The hotel is bright and quirky, nestled in a very good building with inner courtyard views. I greatly enjoyed attentive and helpful personnel that ensures guests have a very very good stay. The venue has an excellent and perfect location, in the area. There is Plaza Unamuno nearby for a cup of coffee.

Every time we stay in Bilbao, like to stay here. The hotel is fairly clean, has views of the Cathedral. The location is unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a neoclassical square. It's next door to restaurants and bars too. The staff are kind and the rooms are bright and immaculate.

I greatly enjoyed staying in this charming small hotel. The staff was wonderful and perfect, the room was bright. The venue was set in the very central position short walk to the Casco Viejo, centre of the old town and the old town of beautiful Bilbao. The place was a few steps away from Melilla y Fez, where you can have dinner.

Absolutely charming and nice hotel, the idea of having twin room was great. Very central location was a plus. You can find Sorginzulo minutes away from the venue to a have lunch. It was easy to get wheelchair accessible room with double bed, own breakfast plus wonderful view and that's great. The staff was kind and lovely.
