When I am in Cadiz, I like staying here. This place deserves more than 3 stars, it has nicely furnished rooms and serves savoury breakfast. The room is best priced. The location is central, very close to the bus stop to town was right outside, playa Victoria which is the most beautiful / biggest beach in cadiz city, and great restaurants.
