Overall it was spotless and bright in generally a good condition. The location was excellent, and we could reach Playa de Puertu Chicu by walking.
Some of the staff were not so helpful.

Liked spending my time in this clean old-fashioned hotel. The venue was next to main bus station, the port which has been emptied and is currently undergoing excavation work and the town centre and beaches thanks to its unbeatable location.

Everything is good, good value, straightforward hotel overall. The units are bright, spotless with lovely view. The staff are competent and amicable people. The location is central, next to riverside, all the restaurants and shops and the town centre and beaches.

We have stayed here for 11 nights and had a very good experience. Booked a queen room with central heating, a work desk, and a TV. The location was excellant and amazing, just a short stroll away from Sablon Beach. There was a wide array of bars and great restaurants. The hotel was comfy, we recommend.

It was good time in Llanes. The position was great, restaurants and cafes are close to the hotel. The property was walk from a bus stop. The staff was incredibly nice and amiable, offered brilliant services.

I've booked twin room and everything was good. The bed was comfortable and I had a private bathroom. Location: the hotel was near to local shops and restaurants as well as the port. Great service, although a few employees were not so helpful.

Thank you for a really good stay. I would say it's useful base for staying and exploring Llanes. The location is stunning and awesome, 1 km from Paseo de San Pedro. It's in a pretty building in the central area.
