We spend 4 nights in San Sebastian lovely. All the employees were affable and consistently courteous. The location of the hotel was great and amazing - not very far from La Concha Promenade. And it was also very close to the old town and the ocean, shops and restaurants and a perfectly quiet plaza.
There was no milk which we expected, so were a little disappointed.

Its location a couple of blocks away from Palacio Goikoa was great and amazing. The staff were amiable, consistently courteous.
