The staff were consistently courteous and friendly, gave us great tips. The location was central, marvellous still close to the highlights in Aviles. And it was also near to the city center and Salinas beach.

The room we had included a safe box, a mini bar, and central heating. It was new-fashioned and facilities too. The hotel had reasonably priced location not far from Salinas beach, the Plaza De Espana and bus station. Also, a history museum was around the corner.

The location was absolutely perfect, for example, a baroque - style palace was just a short walk away from the hotel. The staff were helpful and attentive; we had a smooth check-in.

We had a lovely stay. We would recommend as we loved oca villa de aviles. Next to Bosque de la Grandiella, 10 minutes' walk to Aviles Estacion train station...
