We took a twin room and it had an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and climate control. The staff was helpful, the beds were comfortable.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were really slow.

great hotel, the staff were all amicable and helpful and the location was particularly good in the middle of the city. location: the venue was just next door to city center. we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast.
