It was clean, the staff was excellent, plus the service was good. The room was generous-sized and uniquely decorated with comfy bed and my experience was good. The location was absolutely perfect and excellent to the nearest tram stop, next to a bus stop. Thoroughly enjoyed that food was appetising.
They asked to pay gbp 7 per 24 hours to get access to the net, even so Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

I stayed here before, always tastefully decorated and a nice size rooms with the widest bed ever. The location of this hotel just off the Feve train station going to Santander, Bilbao and the early ferry and the ferry port was quiet and decent. I ate in the in-house restaurant nearby.
