I asked for double room and it was new-fashioned. The staff was amazing, helped me a lot. The location was great and stunning, specially it was near a tube station which was useful.

The staff was helpful in all services. Walk from a train station, the location was stunning and unbeatable, right in the heart of the old town. Also, the hotel was set around 10-15 minutes walk from a green Flag park.

Its location not too far away from a modern art museum was absolutely perfect. I had single room which was extremely spacious, comfortable bed. Extras like a safe box, central heating, and coffee/tea makers were appreciated.

Was a chilled-out base for weekend. Good value, room was fantastic, staff were helpful. Location: the hotel was so close to coffee shops, Plaza Nueva and Bilbao's Old City. It also was in the heart of the old town.
