The whole place was perfectly clean and the staff were super-friendly and accommodating. The location seemed great close to the center. The food they offered was excellent, had a good choice of meals.

Bright place, exceptionally comfortable beds, super friendly staff. Great location to Gu San Sebastian. Set in a fairly nice area just off the bus station, beaches, old town, mountain sites, city highlights and a nice area near the sea. Very modern design of interiors in queen room.

I did not want to leave there and would like to stay longer. Thanks everyone for a really enjoyable stay on all nights. The location was wonderful, not very far from a shaped beach. What's more, it was very close to the old town with plenty of tapas bars/restaurants as well as the train station. The food was delightful, had a good choice of options.

The staff were beautiful and the position was stunning. Cafe bar was great and tidy. In my queen room there was a very comfy bed that I liked. Efficient check in and excellent service throughout my stay. Location a few minutes from a public beach. Visited few places in the centre, at walking distance from the hotel.

Very clean hotel and very good value for money. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Bar Caravan Guipuzcoa is easily accessible. We thoroughly enjoyed staff and location.
