The place deserved 3 stars. Great value and great-sized room with a huge balcony, I had everything needed. The staff were very amiable and affable, with extra attention to the details.

Lovely place with superbly friendly staff, everything was perfect. The location was great - not far from attractions of San Sebastian, the centre of the city and playa de la concha and a quiet neighbourhood.

Appreciated the place, had a really great stay with great suggestions and helpful tips. The staff were super friendly and very helpful and were around whole time. Had an electric kettle, climate control, and TV in my twin room. The location of the hotel was particularly good and comfortable, in a peaceful area. It was also close to the center of San Sebastian, the old town and the seaside.

Lovely staff, couldn't ask for more. The rooms were excellent & incredibly comfortable with a balcony. The price was £ 50. The hotel had a marvellous and brilliant location in a quiet neighbourhood.
We expected there would be shop, but didn't find it.

We were in a super location at a moderate distance from Old Town. The hotel was in a pretty nice area, not far from the beach or city center, and Pension Arroka;))

By and large, it was excellent base for sightseeing in San Sebastian, had much fun. The rooms were all comfy and excellent with a balcony. The location of the hotel was great and brilliant - just a pleasant stroll away from Old Town.
