Enjoyed every detail about our just perfect 3 nights stay here. Amazingly attentive staff explained where we were staying. Actually, the room was air-conditioned for our needs. The property was close to an underground station.

Nothing too much trouble, recommend this hotel. Well-maintained place if you stay for exploring the city. Living in the heart of the town gives a special feeling. And it's 0.5 km from Bilbao airport. The staff are incredibly attentive and deserve a 3-star rating.
