Simply no complaints whatsoever, real good stay. Spacious and fairly clean venue with a great value and competent staff. Incredible, amazing location not far from quiet areas spread out around the grounds. Plus, metres from an art museum. Excellent customer service. English bar and very clean pool.

The accommodation was lively, pool was very clean, beds were extremely comfy. The room was functional, and upgraded, with a good size balcony, a safe, and a kitchen I needed. The hotel's location was amazing, just next door to the shops and restaurants on the strip, Los Cristianos, and everything-Child's Entertainment. I ate at the indoor restaurant near the property.
