The pool was heated and the staff was incredibly nice and friendly. The rooms were large and immaculate, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. And it had a lovely view of the mountains. The location was perfect and excellent in a quiet area, near to the island, Los Cristianos and Las Americas, and a Starbucks and various clothes shops. There was an a la carte restaurant nearby.

It was clean, the staff was hard-working and very amiable, plus the service was good. The location of the hotel was particularly good and perfect - at a moderate distance from Bispham Parish Church. There was a fantastic restaurant, a shopping centre and a large supermarket next door.

Everything was perfect, and it had free wi-fi. The staff were hard-working and very amiable and knew their area. All in all room was well-equipped and airy; also provided a bath.
