Had 3 nights in Bilbao, spending my time here lovely. My twin room with reasonably comfortable double bed and a cozy balcony plus a good shower was beautifully decorated and new-fashioned.

The food was fabulous and there were a great selection of dishes in the menu. The king room was reasonably large and beautiful with daily fresh towels too, so that guests had essentials. The position of the hotel was excellent and particularly good, in the old part of town.

My family and I loved being there. I found the staff attentive and top-class. Besides, the location was brilliant and fascinating for my stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Casco Viejo. What's more, it was near to Bilbao, Bilbao Old Town and the centre.
