The place is clean, the room is stylish, the staff is pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast is rich and exceptionally nice with a huge variety of food. The location of the hotel is marvellous and fantastic, very close to Athletico Bilbao San Mames stadium and nearby a tram station. Also, it is 10 minutes drive from North Shore.

Really enjoyed Bilbao, the hotel was comfortable right next to a bus station. The staff were nice and the setting was great and incredible. It was also just next door to the river bank and public transport. It was a very nice experience.
