Wonderful hotel in a busy area, the staff were courteous. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, at a walking distance from Lower Gardens. The room I booked was fine and bright with free WiFi as expected. The breakfast was fantastic and offered a great selection of items.

The location in a crowded area was great and there were a shopping mall and a large shopping mall nearby. Bilbao airport was hardly 20 minutes away by car. Incredible team, they made me feel welcome. The continental breakfast was gorgeous, I appreciated that it offered a huge variety of meals.

The hotel was located just next door to ferry port and also good shopping centre across the road, Bilbao ferry terminal and convenient for ferry port. Stayed in a standard king room room, it was wonderful with free WiFi. The staff were pleasant and very welcoming and the location was perfect close to motor way. Liked our stay in this place.

The location was unbeatable and magnificent, near to shops, and my bed was extremely comfy. Stayed for 1 night, the staff was efficient and sincere during all this time.

would definitely recommend this place and would consider staying here again. we liked hotel's location and staff. right by the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. the standard double room we were given had heating, a work desk and a radio. besides, parking onsite was handy.
