I appreciated this pretty standard place, stayed there for 2 nights. Nicely decorated and brand-new room with a view was enjoyable. The hotel was in an amazing location, close to excellent eateries. The in-house restaurant with yummy breakfast and coffee was the best part.
The breakfast was a bit pricey, I think it could be better.

Had a very nice stay for whole visit, and would love to come back. It was clean, staff was super-friendly and incredibly kind. The location in a central area was marvellous and lovely and there were a shopping street and supermarkets nearby. Had lunch/dinner at Saray Turkish Restaurant, which I found not too far away from the hotel. The bus stop was 400 metres away.

The location was unbeatable, near the river midway between Guggenheim and the old town and Bilbao and the Guggenheim Museum, and had good views. There was cafe Cafe Bilba, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. I was here for 3 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for better meal.
Though everything was great, some of the staff were poor.
