The rooms were neat, it was clean and spacious venue. The staff were superfriendly and pretty friendly, a real pleasure to deal with.

Booked single room, that was provided with great views, balcony, for example. The property's location was wonderful, to the wonderful promenade running along the beachfront. Had lunch/dinner at Suna Sushi, which I found at a short distance from the hotel.

The hotel was clean and the location was great and incredible down to the marina. They offered well-designed and neat rooms with good bathroom and great view plus nice amenities. Local cuisine was served in the a la carte restaurant.

Extremely friendly staff, good location just off closer is the RENFE line into Abando station in Bilbao and the harbor north of central Bilbao in a resort community that was clearly developed in the late 19th early 20th century by wealthy folks who built grand villas along the embarcadero.

Pleasant place, clean, good value. Fairly quiet and tasteful room, particularly good bathroom with a bathtub. Location next to central Bilbao, the bay in Getxo and closer is the RENFE line into Abando station in Bilbao. Also, in correct to ferry port. Amazing food in the a la carte restaurant.

we really enjoyed the fact that we chose ercilla embarcadero. we could have lunch in palacio san joseren set within 900 feet. location was within 5 min walking distance to playa de la bola. nice base for a weekend in getxo.
