Place was fairly clean and wonderful small. The units were compact and the staff were super friendly people with great customer service and general guidance. The location was amazing - short walk to a restaurant/cafe over the road, restaurants in the centre, and local bars of Plaza de la Merced. This hotel was chic and I would return here.

The location was ideal for walking around Cervantes Theatre. The hotel was placed within 15 km of the airport. Everything was very good and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The room was well-equipped and brand-new and also had a bidet.

The hotel took care of the excellent service. Had budget double room with wake-up service available in it. The staff was welcoming and obliging - they made my stay a fantastic experience. The location was marvellous and fab, just 5 min walk from a hilltop Moorish-style medieval fortress.
