You guys made our stay REALLY COMFORTABLE. Loved our 1 night stay. The hotel was located in the heart of the city. Moreover, it was a 10-15 minute walk from a live music venue.
There was no lift.

This hotel was located in a very central area close to the main attractions, public transport, bars and places of interest, and the centre of the hustle. Big size units with private bathroom, a nice shower, for example, and the staff were pleasant.

Fantastic, small property. Pleasant staff and quick to respond. Cheap unit with private bathroom. Fairly quiet area, very central location so close to the river, the food market, the cathedral, the archeological museum, the Basque museum, to many bars, to the train stations, to tramway and old town.
Wi-Fi was horrible.

The place was clean, I booked the double room with inner courtyard views, everything was brand-new. The location was unbeatable, not too far away from El Corte Ingles. Moreover, it's so close to Bilbao, many bars and restaurants in the area and the historic centre.

We loved this hotel : location and staff were all amazing! The room had a little balcony which was little. Apart from that, a modern art museum was 10 minutes away by driving.
