The location was incredible - short walk to old town where all the main pintxos bars are. The supper friendly and very welcoming staff was much appreciated. There was a huge variety of food for breakfast, it was good.
We didn't have elevator, were a little disappointed.

Every part of it was wonderful, I loved stuff and location. The hotel was in a very lively area, next to the centre of old town and restaurants. Stayed for 4 days and didn't want to leave, I would consider staying here again.

Staff was very hospitable, room was impeccable and absolutely PERFECT. For breakfast there was English with eggs, fresh bread, cheese, toast and cereal to choose from. The plunge swimming pool was good too. Besides, parking was available outside.

Absolutely ideal location, an underground station was nearby the hotel and bright room. Loved San Sebastian, the venue was vibrant. Delightful view, a small balcony, comfy bed, too. Food was good, FRIENDLY service. All facilities were well-kept too. Plus their wifi was reliable.
