This is a modest place for a couple of nights. The staff are especially helpful and competent people. Make sure to get queen room with lovely views and comfortable bed plus a good balcony. It's beautifully designed, has cosy design. The setting is comfortable, very close to the center of old town, and the tram to the Guggenheim, the bus station at San Mames and stops in between, secure area.

Very clean and good sized rooms, friendly staff. Near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. For lunch or dinner go to El Laterio, located a couple of blocks away the hotel. Moreover, it has a private parking😃😃
