The property is magnificent, it has fabulous and fantastic staff from pool attendants to bell boys and chambermaids. The hotel has a stunning location in a restaurant at night. It's near to the lovely beach, the footpath directly in front, and the main promenade on the beach.
The bathrooms are terrible.

Appreciated how the fairly quiet king room with balconies was arranged when we arrived. The hotel was in a great and stunning position near Tenerife, various bars and La Hacienda restaurant which was also superb. Besides, an 18th-century tower windmill was 5 km away from the venue.
