We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 3 nights, nevertheless everything was excellent. The double room overlooked street. The staff was incredibly friendly and excellent at all levels. The hotel had stunning location close to great stores and restaurants, beautiful San Sebastian, and the main sites and the Old Town.

The hotel was a short walk from the beach and a short walk from Plaza. The staff was exceptionally kind and incredibly welcoming with advice and suggestions. Our room was light filled and offered tea and coffee making facilities, a kettle, and an iron.

The venue was comfortable and fabulous, I enjoyed the location short walk to which was absolutely fantastic for both breakfast and the centre of SS, opposite the Cathedral, and courtyard views. The most important was the staff - flawless and very amicable people. The location was great and amazing, to the square with all the pinxo bars etc.

The venue is fully equipped and nice looking, its location is ideal, just off town center, and Mercado San Martin and the shopping area. It is nestled in the heart of the town, 4-6 minutes' walking distance from a filled park. A restaurant is about 200 metres from here.
