The staff was best and provided thoughtful services. The location was amazing and good for me as it was right by the Passeig de Gracia where there is a plenty of shops, cafes, and restos, the Alma Barcelona and the main shopping street.
The hotel staff was very rude.

Everything was very good, met requirements, and the staff were especially attentive people from the doorman who welcomed us back after each day of exploring the city. The breakfast was savoury and light and the parking was nearby. The airport was 20 km away. No complaints whatsoever, we 100% recommend, enjoyed it.
