It was perfectly clean and the staff were useful and excellent, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location of the hotel was very central, just next door to the old town in Bilbao, railway station and pubs in old town. Cafe Cafe Noir located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Everyone who works in the hotel is really good and amazingly nice. The ambiance is quiet. The rooms are uniquely decorated and beautifully designed with a unique theme, so that guests have essentials. You will find an air conditioning, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea making equipment.
